2. Services Overview

Core Services

• QuantNexus AI provides AI architecture, implementation, and safety services
• Includes system design, integration support, and output generation ("Outputs")
• Your content and prompts ("Customer Content") remain your property

Beta Services

• Pre-release or trial services are provided "as-is"
• Not recommended for production use
• Subject to change without notice

3. Data and Privacy

Customer Data Rights

• You retain all rights to your Customer Content
• We don't train our models on your data

Security and Compliance

• Industry-standard security measures
• Regular security audits
• Compliance with applicable data protection laws

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use Services to build competing AI products
• Reverse engineer our systems
• Share access with unauthorized users
• Use Services in unsupported regions

5. Safety and Responsibility

Customer acknowledges:

• Need for human review of AI outputs
• Responsibility to verify accuracy of outputs
• Requirement to follow safety protocols
• Obligation to report security incidents

6. Commercial Terms

Fees

• Payment required for service access
• Rates subject to change with 30 days notice
• Credits may be required for certain services

Taxes

• Customer responsible for applicable taxes
• Withholding tax requirements apply
• International tax treaty provisions honored

7. Term and Termination

• Either party may terminate with notice
• Immediate termination for material breach
• Services may be suspended for policy violations
• Post-termination data handling procedures

8. Liability and Warranties

Limited Warranty

• Services provided "as is"
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Standard industry disclaimers apply

Liability Limits

• Capped at fees paid in previous 12 months
• Excludes gross negligence and willful misconduct
